Your Contract

By placing an order on our site you are confirming that you are resident in Great Britain or Northern Ireland and are accessing our site from that country, you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and you are at least 18 years old or, if under 18, have obtained your parent or guardian’s consent to sell your phone. 

Your contract with us will be formed when we receive your sell order.  You may cancel the contract at any time until you send the phone to us (the “cooling off period”).  The contract cannot be cancelled after the phone has been sent to us.  You must own all rights and title to any phone you send to us.  Ownership of the phone only passes to us when we receive it (in good working order if it has been sold as a working phone).

Privacy

The information about you we collect via our website may include your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number or bank account details for sending you payment and your IP address which is used to monitor your use of our website.  All information collected will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will only be used to process your order and provide after sales service.  Third parties (such as our IT support and web company) may have access to your data but third parties are not permitted to use your personal information for their own purposes. If we wish to use your e-mail or postal address to send you information on our other products and services you will be given an option to opt out of this before completing your order.
